Coronavirus Update

To Our Valued Patrons,

As we continue our commitment to providing the best experience for our guests while maintaining a safe and healthy environment amid the growing concerns regarding the COVID-19, I would like to give you an update on the additional precautionary actions the Elk Valley Casino has taken. Our dedicated team has been monitoring daily statements from the local, national, and international health agencies, and we are analyzing their scientific and fact-based recommendations and guidelines to identify the best course of actions in this fluid situation.

In addition to our hyper-focused housekeeping and sanitizing efforts, employee and guest safety reminders, employee training, and out of abundance of caution, we will be adding another layer of protection moving forward.

The following will take effect on March 14, 2020:

  •  Closing the Elk Valley Casino’s doors to the public every Wednesday from 2:00 A.M. to 6:00 A.M. to allow staff to complete an additional thorough comprehensive sanitization of the entire property.

  • The Tuesday buffet will be canceled and replaced with specials offered within the Full House Bar and Grill.

  • Regulate the casino capacity to recommended maximum amount of 250 people at any given time.

  • Removal of self-serving soda stations while retaining complimentary drink service by Elk Valley Casino staff.

During this time of increased awareness surrounding COVID-19, we appreciate your continued support and loyalty to the Elk Valley Casino. We will continue to share updates as they become available.

We thank you for your patronage and ask for your patience as we navigate through these new and emerging situations with our family, friends, team members, and community members at the heart of our decisions.

Sincerely,

Michael White
